Municipal Technicians and of the Generalitat came yesterday to seal a conditioned air installation of the district of the Barceloneta that presented/displayed visible deficiencies. He cannot affirm that it has been the cause of the outbreak of  legionella  because the microbiological results of the gathered water samples will not be known before end of the next week, but it has come itself to his closing due to badly been in which it was and to the risk that could suppose for the health of the neighbours. Municipal sources indicated that he will be very difficult to establish the origin of the center of the outbreak.

Conseller of health, Eduard Rius, declared yesterday in Lleida that " has declared a new case of  legionella and, therefore, already are the 42 detected cases ". Rius assured that " the case is related to the previous ones, because the person also affected is of the Barcelo-net one ". One is a man of 45 years who entered the past with pneumonia in the hospital Clinic 16 of November, but has not been until now when it has been confirmed that the cause of the disease that suffers was  legionella .

Unsuspected centers
The infectious centers can be unsuspected, although it has more common. Miquel Sabrià, head of the service of infectious diseases of the hospital Germans Trias i Pujol de Badalona and one of the expert mayores in legionella , explain that in Holland there was a outbreak of this infection in a exhibition of flowers.
