Wave's fith offering in the AFS range of suits and a limited edition kit. These kits are snap-fit and go together very nicely although gluing is always the better option. Made from light olive green plastic, moulding of parts was excellent with no flash. Parts fit is ok although some parts were hard to press together. Detail is excellent.
The AFS G Pawn is the ground based version of the LunaPawn with a sligthly different foot shape with the power pack from the AFS MKI combined with the side tanks from the AFS MKII. This kit has lots of parts compared to the previous AFS suit kits and really is a must have kit. Also notable is the packaging and box art of this kit which more resembles the older Nitto boxes.

The 50th anniversary roundel on the box represents the 50th year since the first plastic injection kit was made in Japan. Irisawa is a toy reseller in Japan.

Still missing from the WAVE kit boxes are the data/camouflage card and suit information that was printed on the bottom of all the old Nitto boxes.
